This policy explains how Knoaia processes and ships orders within the United States.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your payment clears, we send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Seasonal peaks (October–December) may add 1–2 extra processing days.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total:

Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated and shown before you complete payment.
| Contiguous United States | 5–10 business days after dispatch |
| Alaska & Hawaii | 10–18 business days after dispatch |
These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier volume and seasonal demand can affect delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a parcel is in transit.
We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for oversized items such as trees and large inflatables, and we do not currently offer international shipping.
You receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can re-ship it once the correct address is confirmed; additional shipping charges may apply.
