Choosing the Right Décor
Are Knoaia seasonal decorations suitable for outdoor use?+
Many of our inflatables and outdoor decorations are designed for outdoor use. Always secure them with the included stakes, ropes, or water bags and avoid using them in severe weather.
Are the products easy to set up?+
Yes. Our seasonal decorations are designed for simple setup. Christmas trees usually require assembling and shaping the branches, while inflatables automatically inflate once connected to power.
How do I choose the right Christmas tree size for my home?+
Sizes are matched to your space: tabletop and mini trees (2 ft and under) suit desks, shelves and small apartments; small trees (2–6 ft) fit bedrooms, offices and compact living rooms; medium trees (6–8 ft) are the classic choice for living rooms and covered porches; large trees (over 8 ft) work for high ceilings, shops and events. Measure your ceiling height and leave 6–12 inches of clearance at the top.
What is the difference between PVC, PE and PE+PVC Christmas trees?+
PVC branches are the most budget-friendly and hold bright color well. PE (polyethylene) branches are molded from real tree tips for a highly realistic look and softer feel, at a higher cost. PE+PVC blends pair a realistic PE outer layer with a cost-effective PVC core — they are the most popular choice for home trees, balancing realism and value.
What do “Pre-Lit”, “Snow Flocked” and “Slim / Pencil” mean?+
Pre-Lit trees have built-in LED lights so they glow out of the box — no stringing your own. Snow Flocked trees have a white, snow-dusted finish for a winter-wonderland look. Slim / Pencil trees have a narrow profile that fits tight corners and small rooms without sacrificing height.
What are “branch tips” and why do they matter?+
Branch tips are the individual tips on the tree. More tips mean a fuller, more realistic silhouette — slim and tabletop trees start around 50+ tips, while full 6–8 ft trees run 800–1,900+ tips. If a lush, full look matters to you, check the tip count in each product’s details.

How should I store seasonal decorations after the holidays?+
Make sure the product is completely clean and dry before storage. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture, and sharp objects.
How long does it take to set up a Knoaia Christmas tree?+
Most of our trees use hinged branches that drop and shape into place, so one person can usually assemble a 6–8 ft tree in about 20–30 minutes. Foldable metal stands click together quickly, and many models fold flat for easy storage year after year.
What kind of stand do the trees use, and will they tip over?+
Trees ship with a foldable metal stand for stability. In busy households with kids or pets, place the tree against a wall, spread the stand feet fully, and consider a wall anchor (not included) for extra peace of mind. Metal stands are more stable than plastic ones.
Are Knoaia Christmas trees flame-retardant?+
Yes. Our trees use flame-retardant materials that meet U.S. safety standards (16 CFR 1500.44). As with any décor, keep trees away from open flames, candles and heat sources.
One section of my pre-lit tree isn’t lighting up — what should I do?+
Pre-lit strings use UL-certified LEDs. First check that all sections are firmly connected and the plug is fully seated. Many sets include spare bulbs — replace the affected bulb. If the section still won’t light, contact our support team and we’ll help with troubleshooting or a replacement.
Inflatables — Setup & Power
Can I leave outdoor inflatables running overnight?+
Yes, but we recommend checking weather conditions and making sure the inflatable is properly secured before extended use. Turn it off during strong winds, heavy rain, or severe weather.
How long does it take to inflate a Knoaia inflatable?+
Inflation is quick: small inflatables (up to about 5 ft) fill in roughly 5 minutes, medium sizes (5–10 ft) in about 10 minutes, and large yard displays (over 10 ft) in around 20 minutes once the built-in blower is plugged in.
How many people do I need to set up an inflatable?+
Small inflatables can be set up by one person in 5–10 minutes. Medium sizes usually take 1–2 people about 10–20 minutes, and large displays need 2–3 people for 20–30 minutes. No special tools are required — just stake it down and plug it in.
What if I don’t have a power outlet near where I want to display it?+
You can power the blower from a portable generator rated at least 1.5× the blower’s wattage, or run a weatherproof outdoor extension cord (5 m or longer) from a protected outlet. Always use a GFCI / outdoor-rated connection and keep plugs off the ground.
How long do the built-in LED lights last, and can they be replaced?+
The LED light strings are rated for 5,000+ hours (roughly 2–3 seasons of nightly use) and run cool and safe. Spare bulbs are included with lighted models, and replacement strings are available through our support team — no special tools needed.
Safety, Weather & Durability
Is it safe to use inflatables in wind or rain?+
Inflatables are built for typical calm-to-breezy conditions and include stakes and tethers for secure setup. Use them in winds up to about 3 on the Beaufort scale (~8 m/s / 18 mph). In stronger winds, heavy rain, storms or snow, unplug the blower, deflate and store the unit to avoid damage. Never place inflatables near open flames or heat sources.
How long do Knoaia decorations last, and can they be reused?+
Yes — they are made to be reused season after season. With proper care, quality inflatables last about 2–3 years of seasonal use, and artificial trees last many seasons. Avoid sharp objects, keep them dry in storage, and they’ll look great year after year.
There is a smell when I first open the product — is that normal?+
A mild material odor on first opening is normal and will fade within a day or two of airing out in a ventilated space. If the smell is strong or persists, it may indicate a defect — contact support and we’ll help.
What safety certifications do your products have?+
Our lighting and electrical components meet UL 588 (U.S. holiday-lighting safety) and comparable standards, and materials comply with REACH and RoHS (restricted hazardous substances). Children’s items meet CPC / ASTM F963 requirements where applicable. Products are flame-retardant and built with no sharp edges or small detachable parts.
